Football scholarships are one of the most sought after awards by young football players looking to further their education beyond high school. Each year the competition hets up as players prepare themselves and give their best performances on the gridiron to impress college football recruiters. Most players and high school coaches realize top colleges expect nothing less than their best, and if they fail to present a compelling reason backed by players stats they will most definitely get passed on for the next sought after players from other gigh schools. A football athletic scholarship is a once in a lifetime opportunity for many young players, its often make or bust for them and their family. Considering most of these scholarships will give the player a full ride, with no out of pocket cost to them or their family, they often do their best to make sure to avoid injury or anything that could adversely affect their chances of winning one of these scholarships.
