Stars gather to re-record 'We Are the World' song to help Haiti Earthquake victims 25 years after music icons like Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie gave their voices to the famous "We Are the World" single to fight hunger in Ethiopia, 80 of the biggest names in music and movie entertainment gathered at the same place, Jim Henson Studio, in Hollywood to record an updated version to raise money for the Haiti earthquake relief.

Legendary performers like Barbara Streisand and Tony Bennett put ego aside and came together with newcomers like Justin Bieber, Katherine McPhee, Zac Brown to record the futuristic version of the hit song in hopes to raise millions to help the victims of the Haitian earthquake.

Most of the recording artist and other celebrities present were already in Los Angeles for the 2010 Grammy Awards show.

The new "We Are the World" video will premeire during the NBC network's coverage of the Winter Olympics opening ceremony in Vancouver, Canada, on February 12, it said.
