Tiger Woods Alleged Affair, Rachel Uchitel, and Car CrashRumors are spreading like wildfire concerning the cause of the Tiger Woods car crash early Friday morning in Windemere, Florida. So far Tiger's refusal to answer questions from the Florida Highway Patrol has led many entertainment websites even reputable news organizations to speculate that the crash resulted from a domestic dispute between he and wife Elin Nordegren about his alleged affair.

One popular website is reporting that the facial lacerations that Tiger Woods' supposedly suffered were not a result of his car accident, but rather inflicted by his wife.

Local police said they didn't believe alcohol was involved and that it was being treated as a traffic crash, not a domestic issue. The problem for Tiger Woods is that there are too many questions left unanswered with time running out to give his own account.  The media is taking all leads it can get to create a scenario of what they think happened, and people are believing it.

The most popular explanation circulating the internet and news programs claims that his wife Elin confronted him about the alleged affair with Rachel Uchitel, Director of VIP services for Pink Elephant, a company that specializes in the NYC club scene. The confrontation between the golfer and wife Elin got very heated and led to her causing lacerations to his face, injuries that were initially thought to be caused by his SUV crash. As Tiger attempted to escape in his SUV, his wife chased him and struck the car several times with a golf club, resulting in a stunned Woods losing control of the SUV and hitting the fire hydrant and tree.

It was also reported that Woods was talking pain medication for an injury, which may have added to his "distractions."

Whatever the real reason is that  led to the car crash Tiger Woods seems to be doing more harm than good to his credibility by not answering simple questions from the police regarding the crash. It's common procedure after an accident for police to do followup questioning, though under Florida law, you are not obligated to answer those questions.

Speculations will continue until Woods come clean to explain what really happened. His privacy has always been rock solid and untouchable by the media, but this incident has captured worldwide tabloid entertainment and news attention. Everyone wants to know what could have happened at 2:25am in the morning, no alcohol involved, that could have caused Tiger Woods to crash only 50 feet away from his home.
