Submitted by xpertchick
Meet two driven young entrepreneurs and teenclassifieds co-founders. At 35 years old, Wade Nembhard can be described as a self-motivated guy fueled by the spirit of gratitude and the determination of a relentless hustler.
Always aspiring to outdo himself with high goals and standards, Wade launched a campaign in early 2008 to create a social network for college students and teens that could help counter the negative effects of the worst recession ever seen by their generation. His mission basically was to make TeenClassifieds resourceful, entertaining, and FREE. He built an online network for students to easily find Jobs and internships, scholarship listings, college reviews, tutorial and entertainment videos, and thousands of original articles covering a range of topics from money and careers to successful young entrepreneurs, health and relationships.
Wade said, "My attitude is to never settle for good enough, motivate young people, care about them, provide useful tools, and never doubt that a small thought can become a great concept to change the world."
At 31 years old, Priya Nembhard co-founder of Teenclassifieds.net, is a young force to be reckoned with. She is a multi-tasker with a keen sense of marketing and a passion to change the world. Priya came on board with Wade and dove right into getting TeenClassifieds the online exposure it needed through networking with college students and high school teens. Priya used social media to build a name for TeenClassifieds that everyone could trust in her viral videos, press releases, and networking events where college students and teens could .
As Vice President of the EDGE (Early Development of Global Education), Priya lends much of her time to helping students gaining a better understanding of leadership and contributing to environmental awareness. She brought that same idea to TeenClassifieds to make users aware of the endless information resources TC provide for aspiring young entrepreneurs, job and volunteer seekers, and college bound students.
