Here's a simple tip for dating on a college budget: Go to a college where its really ridiculously cold for like six months out the year. Not too many people go out during that time. Most nights and weekends are spent on campus doing simple things like going to a college party or catching a movie night on campus, which is very common nowadays. college students on campus in warmer places like California, Texas, and Florida spend way more money because they can go outdoors and off campus more often without worrying about snow.
